There are still three days left in September so I think some are premature in assuming that we won’t get it. I would actually like it to be released on Friday after the close so that I have time to study it over the weekend.
They were suspended because they changed auditors and the new auditor was slow. I think it was only a day from memory. While not good, it was hardly the end of the world.
