Whats done is done . I don't think CJ had a choice really.
I don't think it would be a good idea to go into an auction broke and needing cash to stay afloat buyers would have a field day.
Also I think Arena have handled themselves quite well so far, yesterdays VWAP was at 0.099 with high volume .... so someone was buying them.
Rome was not built in a day and not every brick was perfect.
Patience.... 3 weeks to go and during that time pressure to buy will build IMO
