If average P/E in ASX is 15 as someone posted ages ago, At current
sp of 14.5 , A net annual revenue of only 7 million justifies current
SP at 14.5 c. That is roughly 7000000/400000 carats = 17.5$/ carat.
Double that for expenses say 35$/carat.
We need to get at least 14 M for the auction to be above 14.5 sp.
Only a rough calculation, basing it on a P / E of 15. and having cost of
Production 50 % of gross. Just my own interpretation, I,m open for
Correction .
