Share price increase scenario
The market cap per dollar invested in BSR is not as I would like it to be
The problem will not be fixed by a share reconstruction of say, one for ten, or the like.
It may be that mining as soon as possible, increasing the gold reserves by 1,000,000 ounces, (Knkoutou), and continually buying back shares on the market when the price falls below fair value; may help.
If those steps do not adequately rectify the problem, a regular dividend payment will eventually do the trick.
Gascoyne Gold, about 25 years ago had an abysmal share price. Crabb family which ran the company, paid a regular dividend, which happened to give 10% yield, eventually resulted in the brokers becoming interested in the stock with the price rising many fold, and the stock being taken over.
Long term earnings for BSR are likely to be over 1 cent Australian per share, with the first year or two resulting in all the money's spent on Makabingui being repaid to BSR being before the Government or the Joint Venturers getting anything
Let's hope that the Konkoutou results will soon get the big reserve increase, and that have an lifting effect on the price.
Institutional interest in the stock will eventually excited
An up dated feasibility study would also be nice.
