share price issue

I bought 1 million shares at 15 cents.I am also intending to double my holding at this give away price.
Sales certainly will slow assuming 4 cents per share profit for 2008 with net asset backing is at 30 cents plus plenty cash in bank.
But why share price is trading at this level?.There are many uhappy share holders there to voice dissatisfaction.
MES needs a corporate adviser to promote and support.
MES fair value at this uncertain enviroment is 20 cents above.
it's so simple,If company use it's cash to buy back some shares.
There is a company (in same business and size)based in China listed on Singapore Stock Exchange with 10 times more market cap.
It's a wake up call.
