If they try that, it will be time for us peasants to "take up our pitchforks" and march on the company. We only need 5% to call a meeting, and prior to the AGM I thought I had approx 10% "on side". Some may waiver. As for the "Group", we know who they are..... If you're right about their intent, billmac, they wont find it easy....... We HAVE to reject a capital raising at this low price at all costs.
