I think the stronger share price is to do with most shares being in tight hands at the moment along with the perception that the market cap is to low.
I also think there is some buying interest because some are getting set in case one of the directors says something that may cause some people at the EMG to pick up there phone and start buying stock,we know news is due on ground work and the gazetting,so a director hinting that things are very close may be enough to get the punters buying.
