Everyone on HotCopper should raise this blatant manipulation with ASX and ASIC and ask your accounting and legal professional organisations to put a submission in referring specifically to 1041 a of the corporations Act.
Action only happens when these organisations are barraged with complaints. Oil the squeaky wheel first logic.
This is happening across all Australian goldies so both arms of certain banks must be suppressing the price of gold (manipulation of gold contracts and gold price) and driving down the share price of goldies with algorithmic trades.Both of these activities are clearly against 1041 a.
At least Canada is doing something about it because it has nearly destroyed their small and medium cap miners as a result of individuals being allowed to commit millions of illegal acts each day.
