Share price manipulation

Has anyone noted the manipulation of Kalium shares going on for the past month or two?

Today repeated the trend.  Numerous sales of shares at sub $20 per transaction, many immediately after an uplifting transaction.  And this is not one or two trades, they are clearly some form of auto trade which means it must be a stockbroker trying to undermine the price.  See pic below.

Surely the ASX or ASIC should be onto this behaviour.
