Turnover of over 48 million shares for the week. Market price gains nothing for the week. The other PEP11 players make very good gains. Its obviously Kelso and his mates up to their tricks. It has to do with Resolution 6 at the AGM on 29/11/2010. They dont want too much of a difference between the market price and the 8c proposed to be paid by the Board and selected shareholders.
I reiterate, if Resolution 6 is passed at the AGM, that, together with the Rights Issue at 1 for 10, will mean the dilution factor is in excess of 18%, and not 11% as stated by some of the other posts in BUY threads. This will play into the hands of the said Kelso and his mates.
I thought market manipulation was against the law?
