Ok....purely MO and from a TA view, if PRR can tick up tommorrow even half a cent, I'll have a buy confirm.
The 14 day RSI has set a new high while the price has not, this is good. Volume is up, we closed above the 20ema on Friday and the Bbands are narrow at the moment meaning low volatility. This indicates a good chance of a spike in price soon, and up is the most likely direction.
So yes it may well be a ripper :-) Tight stops though.
