I for one have held my cobalt stocks, in fact bought more on the dip.

I don't have access to that report, so I don't know the reasoning given for the negative cobalt outlook.

Just looking at the trades, seems to be a fair amount of capping going on.

As I understand it, we're closer to production than most, so this could be all smokes & mirrors.
