I owned Tesla shares but it became obvious after a while that Elon has
a) No idea how to mass produce a car
b) No idea how to manage a battery supply chain
c) Continues to tell lies to Wall St who support his company with never-ending credit raises.

Tesla will go bust at some point, it's inevitable (I haven't even discussed the bail-out of his cousin's solar business which is better at losing money that Tesla is).

The renewables/battery revolution will occur regardless of what happens to Tesla. They make a big noise, but they are just a small boutique manufacturer in California who still haven't got the environmental approval necessary to expand their Fremont paint-shop so they can hit their 2018 Model 3 production targets...which were never going to be met because they could never get their hands of enough battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide...assuming enough of it actually existed on the planet in the first place.

Still long Lithium and Cobalt. Not so much solar though...its badly valued by the market.
