I have followed this company for a long time , I liked their entrepreneurial attitude & their long term vision. They embarked on a long journey of restructuring several years ago to slim down from a sprawling conglomurate into a much leaner organization with much sharper focus. # They divested their medtechs in 2018 into a separate vehicle (ZIG Ventures).....This is now valued well over $100m. # Divested Saedge Vision to Emage Vision. # Divested Orion recently to Darcet. # Merged the Hydraulics that used to be a separate segment into the Construction Division. # GL Sim stepped down as CEO , replaced by his son ( GL Sim is still the patriarch as the excutive chairman) I have always opined that the journey of transformation is not over yet.....The next cab off the rank is likely to be the construction division.....Will not be surprised to see it divested for cash/equity or both.
