My source is a resident of Long Island who is reknowned in the local community i.e moves around in social circles where $s and investments are often informally discussed.
From time to time we chat about markets/opportunities - he mentioned a discussion he had with a third party about DNDN and this Aus biotech co about to be listed on NASDAQ (I had told him) - this third party was either familiar or started doing their own research on Prima which then led to the thoughts on PBMD listing price.
