GDO will have to climb on the market to 55 cents to match the Chinese offer of 55 cents coming out on that date June 22nd. Once people start to accept then the onmarket price will match the offer price. With a remote chance of a counter offer until then but highly unlikely the way the take over is staged. The stock reach eq 52 on JSE last night.
