I made the above post in Feb18. As you can see in the Table above, management didn't help the sp with issuance of 200m performance shares in Nov17 which increased the share base by 50% - so at 11c, YOJ's mkt cap is still 2x what it was in Aug17 when it was trading at 8.6c. So if it had been for the large number of shares issued between Aug17 to Jan18, its current share price of 11c is equivalent to 17.43c then (based on mkt cap of $84.42m).
