It does seem like a leaky boat to me, someone has let it slip that some news is coming as I find it incredibly odd that on a day with no news we saw an 11% increase and a settlement price for the day up 7.4%.
I would suspect it is Scharff, could also be the first UPS project but more likely Scharff
