Share price could be going down because of dilution. There is 150 -200 % dilution expected from the shares to be issued for
Fairhurst, exploration costs and 1.1 million for loans from CEO Mason and Stuart and director fees.
Motivation to rise the share price would be the artificial share value of 1.5 cent in the planned share issues
Threre may be a chance to exit with a fair price but this window may close when the deals would be ready possibly closer to the end of May,
