Can someone please explain where i have gone wrong with following calculation
Current AOE sp = $2.05
Shell will acquire 30 percent of Arrow’s interest in all of its Australian upstream tenements for up to A$761 million) - thanks Chris Shell to acquire 10% of Arrow International for A$155 million - more from Chris
Therefore 100% Australian interests = A$2,536 million And 100% AOE International = A$1,550 million ------- Total Value going by Shell's payout = A$4,086
703.485 million shares issued = $5.80 per share approx
Can someone please explain where i've stuffed up in th above calculations or is AOE grossly undervalued?
