This is not about accepting any offers any more.
New directors have taken over the board, but we have been made aware of that possibility in the past by the company.
It can be expected that they will be acting on behalf of ARA's interests.
CMW has decided that this is NOT a need to know situation for shareholders.
Despite not being provided with any other information the share price dropped 4 days in a row significantly, in an otherwise positive sharemarket.
The question now is if CMW directors are already breaking protocol mentioned in the OP?
Are some shareholders aware of information the rest of us have not been informed about?
