You do not have to sell your shares, as mentioned by others we need to wait for guidance on dividends and we should some statement of the business direction. And notaboutluck makes some interesting points - are the directors already not acting in the best interests of shareholders by not disclosing the business intentions.

With the take over finishing on the 30th November, we should get a clearer picture.
We all have the option to lodge a complaint to ASIC if the directors appear to not be acting in the best interests of shareholders

But unfortunately ASIC have at times struggled to respond adequately but at times have done OK

Also there are a bunch of lawyers keen to take class actions where shareholders have been treated poorly

And also remember, Cromwell still have all of the assets they held two weeks ago and the associated returns.
