Absolutely. Plenty of people arbitraging their positions at the mere sniff of a SPP. Pretty hard for any juniors raising money at the moment. Nothing seems to stay above water for long. What I like about this project is its capex lite with potential near term production and cash flow, as early as this quarter I'm led to believe.
