DB, my discount is actually $1.10. The 30c was arrived at after deducting the 80c for the cash return assuming the entitlement date is prior to trading tomorrow. The consensus is that the meeting needs to occur and the current shareholders at the date of the meeting vote on the cash return which sounds logical. I posted the below statement on this basis in another post;
Now if the shares trade under $1.10 tomorrow then anyone buying shares at that price would be risking nothing to have a look at Bambo, assuming that they will be entitled to the 80c cash return.
I should state that I emailed FAR today for clarification but as usual no response.
