    Yes well if you check out the NZX it is definitely a case of "pike's arising"

    Where the sp has been hanging around NZ#0.98 to NZ$1.01 for weeks it has certainly picked up in the last couple of days and is presently NZ$1.11 for PRC (having touched NZ$1.12 earlier) and PRCOA at NZ$0.26.

    There was a brief comment in the NZOG Annual Report about PRC presently stockpiling coal from their present operations so I took that as a positive. Maybe more of that story is filtering out.
