I guess you sell when you feel you've reached that point where you are happy with the $ value/returns based on your personal goals.
I like spending money and therefore will need a very high $ value before I sell out. As I've previously stated, I'll probably sell a very small
amount once we hit production and then just take the fully franked dividends to fund my lifestyle.
