...or provides a point at which traders and investors can get out as this story is not coming to fruition as promised and they want their hard earned to be working for them. Several attempts at bursting out but always cut back down in decisive fashion.

You can talk it up all you want you guys but the market is not listening until there is absolute confirmation of all the promising stuff you guys keep hammering down our throats.
It's not in the bag yet and a long way to go even if there are positive anns come out. A work in progress for sure...a massive big windfall....nah...not yet.
I will trade this on confirmations only, not on what is 'promised' and then not delivered in the timely fashion one would expect given the assurances of recent announcements regarding further announcements, or what someone says that "simon said' in a private email....LOL...sure thing...
Plenty of time IMHO.
