Let's say $8m value for Adavale, Officer, Lake Mackay and Karinga Lakes, leaving $30m value for Lake Dissapointment.
How is the market valuing this project so low? It genuinely has got me beat.
The performance of this stock has been an absolute disaster and I'm genuinably unable to understand the correlation between progress made and share price depreciation.
If this is not a bargain, I have no idea what is!
