I said it was not a 'given' for the 24th (for the reasons I provided) but never doubted it would be issued In fact I am on record assaying that there was a good chance it would be the 25th. As it turned out, I was correct."

Anyway, enough of that nitpicking.

How about the effort of PEN management and team? From the NRC acceptance of Strata's application on July 13, 2011 to the issuance of the SML on April 24 2014, a little over two years nine months. An extraordinary achievement and one which any future applicant would do well to study and, if possible emulate.
