As an Anaesthetist (and expert in pain management), the evidence for the benefit of cannabis in pain relief in the scientific literature remains marginal at best. This is evidenced by our College of Anaesthetists/Faculty of Pain Medicine position statements...(can provide more info if needed)
certainly nothing near the benefit provided by PPS
