I agree, but in that list there are issues that the company can control. If it was as simple as macro, the sector etc. sure, I’d say not much you can do. However, there are controllable’s in that list and it’s up to the company and PR to get their ducks in a row, otherwise they are costing themselves and shareholders further dilution or money in deals.
