This is a post in answer to your previous 2 above.
Regarding Nominee accounts.
The top 20 shareholders are a powerful group within Ardea, however there are known to the board shareholders and then there are the unknowns operating using the front of institutions under nominee accounts.
This may come as a surprise to you but management know and can contact approximately 67.95% of all top 20 shareholders shown below.
Management have to ask a front Nominee company for the identity of the stock holders behind the Nominee Companies, this leaves management questioning just who owns the other 32.05% of shares held in the highlighted companies. If those shareholders wish to remain anonymous they can do so using the front of Nominee.
I do think that some of the Nominee holders will wish to be identified, but what about those who do not. I ask the question, why would you or company wish to remain anonymous, Unless ???.
I agree that long term shareholders can and possibly do have contact. I cannot prove this however.
It is my belief that the board are in a lockout period, meaning they cannot buy shares because of what they know and impending announcements.
I think you would agree that the Ardea board are a strictly compliant management team that would not do anything illegal, insider trading is illegal.
So, yes I agree once again.

I agree with you.
Many here may think I am longwinded and repetitive, I do this for very good reason.
- Firstly I think I have a valid point to make
- I wish to be clear about my thoughts and intentions without ambiguity.
- I hope that someone might gain insight and possibly learn something.
- I always try to give reason, understanding and supporting documentation whenever appropriate. I do a lot of research.
- I rebuff incorrect throw away lines and information with facts and supporting information.
- Last but not least I will acknowledge when I got something wrong.
Ardea over the past 5 years has been simplified substantially and it still remains a very complex business with many moving parts to be revealed and understood, I try to share this knowledge from my perspective and am willing to be challenged with reasoned debate.
I appreciate your input here as I learn from you as well.
