Don't know CAJ , but I guess it depends on the guidance the company had issued and how that stacked up to the unaudited results. Once the results where known and they varied from guidance, the market had to be informed. In SGH case the guidance was withdrawn for H1 and none issued for H2 , so I am guessing nothing to report until 30th August..but who knows.
