share price prediction december 2012

With the start of the new year, thought it would be a bit of fun for everyone to put down what they think the end of year would see for AGO. (If it is still a listed company of course). So if anyone interested, add your comment and we'll see who is the winner at the end of the year. Hopefully we are all smiling...

a.) Share Price as at 31st December 2012
b.) If a takeover was launched what month it will be and the price.

My guess is

a.) $5.28 for 31st December 2012
b.) May 2012 $4.35
