Personally I think a run up to test the mid-20's level again after this news drops would be reasonable (presuming it's an acceptable finance package).

If it was able to crack through into the 30's without any large sellers emerging, who knows how far it could run!

Something I like about this stock is the tight nature of the register. If all the whale-sized holders are ready to sit on their holding and let it discover it's own price, there is relatively little stopping this from testing $0.70 - $1.00 in my humble opinion. See what happens...
