Just think about this, wrap your head around this...
It takes an entire year to plan, get works permits, put works contracts out for tender, then select, hire & mobilise preferred contractors & equipment, build site administration, accomodation and amenities blocks, and execute the necessary earthworks required to achieve 'substantial commencement".
Think about what that implies.
This implies that RH would have known well in advance, that he was never going to complete 'substantial commencement' by the Jan 2022 deadline. At least 6months ahead of this deadline, he would have known he had no intent to ever complete it, resulting in the loss of the opportunity to obtain a WA mining permit at the time, leaving our only asset stranded inside the ban, utterly destroying the share price.
But, he never once informed the market of his intent, leading up to the deadline. Not once. Think about the kind of manager that does that, and has no fear in doing it.
And then has the gal to go on telling holders for the next 2yrs that it's not an issue, coz he believes he can "request an extension" of the deadline anytime he wants. And then never requests the extension. Who does that?
12mths ago he took in $12M at 52c/share for a pilot plant. Where is the pilot plant? We don't even have a final design. Where is the drilling for it? 12 months!!! What happened to the demerger...18mths he's been talking to market about this. Where is any of this stuff?
Meanwhile, he divides his time up between his other 4 directorship positions at the other 4 companies he works for, collecting hefty fees from them, while earning one of the highest salary/marketcap ratios in asx uranium space, at Toro.
Pretend we were talking about another company, a company neither of us knew anything about. What would you think about that company's management, if you were told all these facts about them? What would you be thinking about them?
