You may be right? I wonder if anyone here knows if this is a case that falls under ASIC's jurisdiction? Does this fall under the category of the legal obligation to disclose rules? Is there a case at all for Toro to answer...regarding the year and months leading up to the Jan 2022 deadline?
In my view, Toro had an obligation to inform the market well in advance of the deadline, that it was not going to achieve substantial commencement by the Jan 2022 deadline. Price-sensitive information, no?
