this was covered months ago. IF the launch goes sideways they are insured. in addition the cost of replacement is significantly cheaper and faster as they are already designed...so its a matter of more materials not anymore R and D. the likelihood of launch failure is minimal. yes tbe price would dip but it would provide on of the last ops to accummulate at a discount. So in a weird way a failure would be a good thing.
