    If selling today is purely risk mitigation against failed launch then IMO it's not a good idea as it might be expensive to re-enter if successful.

    However if mission fails tomorrow, we will soon prevail within 3-6 months with money in bank, insurance, research done, GOM space ready and so will be India's ISRO.
