i have been told to expect that time frame, at least 3-4 weeks after the cap raising & consolidation, competents person report to be completed first regarding the technical side of things in Puntland.

very early next week should put alot of these things into perspective, the most exciting one is the current study of geological data, maps and rock samples currently underway in Calgary, 3-4 weeks time we will know if any testing needed or not, it might be straight in and start drilling, seismic activity is very notable.
