Oh absolutely. $2100 still buys the same amount of whatever it is you like regardless of whether you are rich or poor.
That is of course assuming full allocation (unlikely, I expect somewhere between 1/4 and 1/6 allocation, so 50-75 shares for those that put in the full $20k).
These SPP's aren't going to be the difference between retirement or not, but they can be a good opportunity to add or arbitrage (depending on personal preference).
