IMO the upcoming JORC for NR won't be a big deal for the SP unless it indicates a much larger resource than has already disclosed by the Company to the market under the Polish system of resource classification. I wouldn't imagine that this would be the case as I can't see any reason for the Polish resource estimate to be incorrect.
In the absence of a large resource upgrade provided by the NR JORC, IMO the big SP driver as far as NR goes will be proving that the project can be mined economically (i.e. Scoping Study and BFS) and that finance can be obtained to make it all happen.
As far as SP predictions go, well there hasn't been enough information disclosed on either project for anyone to make an intelligent prediction.
