During 2016 a drilling permit was applied for at Requeza it was granted 3 January 2017. Over that financial year july 2016 to june 2017 the number of shares on issue rose significantly from 1.2 bill shares to 2.2 bill shares due to a number of CRs and placements all to fund the drilling progamme. The SP rose from circa.01 cents to .025 from pre drilling till its peak in March/April 2017. At its peak the MC hit just shy 60 mill.

Following ICGs 30 to 1 consolidation the shares on issue were 200 mill and MC sat at circa 10 mill.

Following the currecnt CR raising $8 mill the MC will be circa $17 mill taking into account the new ordinary shares issued of circa 140 mill shares. So total ordinary shares on issue are now circa 240 mill ordinary shares and MC 17 $mill.

Based on the rise in 2017 drilling programme an increase in MC to $60 mill would see the SP rise 35o% or 3.5 times current SP. The new drilling programke is way more targetted and market expectations seem high.

So you guess looks bang on.

But theres more, BHP took their neibouring holding in during the 2016/2017 drilling programme. Al has been keeping tabs on them and says that they are watching like hungry hawks looking for a Peruvian guinea pig to swallow. If any of them targets holes especially an early or even the maiden hole produce the pure seems native silver that the Axtecs mined in the same area 500 or so years ago or copper in the big grades then there are examples of MCs rising to over $100 mill. Such a rise is what some of the new posters are talking of. Thats a SP rise of... .

Im not going to jinx this and even do the calc. Lets see what happens and hope we get drilling permits by christmas like the last programme. Thatll be a good start.
