Saltwatercowboy .... we still have the shareholder group and post this CR it may need to be updated if any new shareholders wish to come on board. Pre-CR, the group had more than 50% of stock and was in a position to deal with any low ball TO bid, if and when it came. Will need to revisit numbers post CR but I suspect that the group will still have a significant holding
