TNG was left in an absolute mess by PB and his entourage. Fact is, no money was left in the bank (due to incompetence and unethical dealings just before he left). Mount Peake was not viable and Tivan tech was not what he said it was. So the value of the company was NIL. The new management had a short while under the Corps Act to see if there was a way forward before they had to fully disclose the company's sad state of affairs. PB shafted us and we were left with a company with little to any value.
