Hey Sasha, I'd say agreements were signed that would limit the ability of our company to sue him. Although such agreements wouldn't apply if fraud was involved.
Fantazzyd, to be frank, PB's behaviour was appalling. What he did while running the company over the years was purely incompetent and he misled shareholders on numerous occasions. What he did while he was trying to hang on to the control of the company was nothing short of disgusting - greedy and downright selfish. He wasted lots of our money on his futile campaign to retain control, he took a large ex-gratia payment that he did not deserve, he tried to break the law when GW was nominating himself as a candidate for the board at the AGM in 2022......
