Meanwhile, pending more information, aS we’re told the Lumina FID won’t be till after June 30 - at least five weeks away - there doesn’t seem much cause to me to run a capital raise now when the price is 1c .
And that reality unfortunately implies that if ‘they’ want any capital raise priced lower than 1c, then they have at least 25 trading days to spend a few more hundred thousand dollars bashing the price even lower (with the double reward of booking tax losses if whoever is doing it bought their shares higher :/)
So, holding here, given those dynamics, I feel in a bit of an invidious position against which my hopeful hopes are:
1) That Lumina FID
will go ahead and soon after July 1
2) if there IS a raise at 1c or even lower (
doubling the shares up to around 18 billion?) then it will be in company with such solid news that the market flies back up to at least 2c a share or even higher with no time to maunder around at the theoretical raise price.
