I agree in part, however I think AVLs path was set when it aligned early to US Vanadium and took Gov't grant money of a sizeable amount.
Company is dancing to someone else's jig but I'm hoping the decision is more lucrative in the long term once this gets up.
If it's a trade-off between time to the market, and time in the market, I know what one I'd pick.
