I dont think any of 400m equity, FID, and a built plant are unlikely. That is why I think 8c is reasonable and you don't.
Company has an operating electrolyte facility and got 49m in federal funding. A mine and equity to fund it are the mountain but they've shown they can do it.
You sure do spend a lot of time here for a bitter ex holder....
