    I calculate it as 35% of revenue but might be better to calculate it as 35% of Earnings after costs or 35% of EBITA. Then deduct the calculated royalty cost from EBITA to arrive at an adjusted EBITA.

    Can someone more familiar with these types of royalty arrangements explain best way account for it?
